Love the hotel.

The room had a comfy bed and a huge shower. It was well-equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a coffee machine, and free toiletries. Everything felt clean and fresh, and the staff was outstanding. The fitness center was a nice bonus for a quick workout. My daughter loved having her own bed too.

Free parking is a plus, but the room smelled awful throughout our stay.

Had an amazing time with my friends! The electronic table games were a blast, and we had fun playing various slot machines. Plus, the casino offered great sports betting options too! Just a heads-up, it can take a while to get to downtown, so plan your trips accordingly.

However, one downside was the smell in our room. It really affected our overall comfort.

The housekeeping needs serious attention!!! Walking to the casino feels unsafe at night with no nearby options for food. A better phone system for room-to-room calls would really improve convenience!!!

The spacious Deluxe King room offered a delightful stay, complemented by a roomy bathroom featuring a large shower. Walking to the nearby casino was a breeze, especially after enjoying a fantastic dinner at Nola Steak while listening to live music. Although overall noise levels were acceptable, I encountered a few minor distractions that could have been minimized. Freshly brewed coffee in the room was a pleasant surprise, although snack options could be improved.

I spent a couple of nights at Boomtown Casino and Hotel. Rooms were quite spacious and clean. The beds provided a comfortable sleep experience, but I noticed the lack of a microwave and fridge. The location allowed for a nice view out to the bayou, especially during sunset. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciated the no-charge parking. However, I had difficulty with the thin walls. I could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms. The distance to the casino wasn't great, and the walk could feel sketchy at night. I had to depend on cabs, which took a long time to arrive and were costly. No room service was disappointing. Overall, staff friendliness made up for some inconveniences, but the hotel lacks in amenities and convenience.

Accessing the casino involves a trek outside for about 100 yards, which may feel sketchy at night, and the phone system needs serious upgrades for better room communication. Additionally, machines at the bar weren’t functioning properly during my visit, which added to the overall inconvenience.

I appreciated the hotel's welcoming decor and spacious areas. Staff were incredibly accommodating, assisting with my luggage and ensuring I felt comfortable navigating the property throughout my stay. It truly felt senior-friendly with ample seating available.

A complimentary breakfast would enhance the experience.

I had a lovely stay where I especially enjoyed the delicious coffee in my room and the short walk to the casino—so convenient! The pool and leisure room provided great spots to unwind, making my visit that much better. My only small complaint is that the door to my room was a little noisy when it closed, but overall, everything else was top-notch! ☕

I had a nice experience during my stay! The staff provided exceptional service, especially Shawanda at the front desk, who even offered a shuttle to the nearby casino. The coffee maker in the room was a great convenience. For future guests, I suggest checking with the casino buffet for dinner options.
